By accessing or using the RampGuard website at www.rampguard.online (the "Site"), submitting the pilot enquiry form, or otherwise engaging with RampGuard ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About RampGuard

RampGuard is a technology company developing wearable AI safety systems for airport ramp workers. The company is incorporated in Sharjah, UAE. Our product is currently at the prototype / incubator stage and is not yet commercially available. All content on this Site is informational and relates to our pilot programme and Intelak Incubator 2026 application.

Submitting the pilot request form does not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or commitment by either party. It expresses your interest in learning more about the RampGuard pilot programme. We will contact you to discuss the pilot scope and terms separately. Any formal pilot agreement will be documented in a separate written contract.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the RampGuard name, logo, wordmark, device renders, brand identity, copy, and visual design — is the intellectual property of RampGuard and is protected by applicable UAE and international intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Limited, non-commercial sharing of publicly visible content (e.g. linking to the Site) is permitted.

6. Device and product information

All device images, sensor specifications, safety score displays, and feature descriptions shown on this Site represent a product concept and prototype. Final production specifications may differ. We make no warranty that the described product features will be available in any commercial release. Nothing on this Site constitutes a product warranty or guarantee of performance.

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
